Listing Summary
Our Kabin is a newly renovated, all-season, boutique 4 bedroom cottage (approx. 1,500 sq ft) with many details and features that we are excited to share with you. Located at the water's edge, the Kabin has beautiful south-eastern exposure, overlooking Lake Paudash. Water can be accessed by the gently sloping sandy beachfront or from our brand new dock. Just over 2 hours away from Toronto, but the scenic Hwy 28 makes the time fly by. We just LOVE our place and are certain that you will too!
You will enjoy the large windows and deck right at the water's edge and the views are stunning in any season. Our rocking chairs by the windows are perfect for reading or relaxing. Cathedral ceilings make the space feel spacious. We have a fireplace and a wood stove as well. Also, our Kabin features luxury amenities and finishes throughout, including Smeg fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, Smeg coffee maker, pizza oven and BBQ. On those rainy / cold days...we have an entertainment room where you can relax in our bean bag chairs, watch your favourite streaming app on the 60" TV or play Xbox. We have unlimited wifi as well.
The Kabin has one fully renovated bathroom. There is a second bathroom with a toilet and a shower in our utility room that can be used if necessary.
The access road is wide and municipally maintained all year long, so you can get to the Kabin easily, in any vehicle (all wheel drive or high clearance is not required). There is plenty of parking space as well.
The list of things to do and see in the area is endless. Paudash Lake is quite large and deep making it perfect for all sorts of watersports and fishing. Hiking trails and snowmobile trails are just a short walk away from the Kabin. There are few picturesque towns just a short drive away (Bancroft is 20 minutes away, while Haliburton is about 35 minutes). If you feel like having a spa day... then the beautiful Grail Springs Spa is near Bancroft.
